Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Faulty or not as described

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with details and photographs where possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law.
